BRITISH AND IRISH GARDEN DESIGNERS VISIT ROTTERDAM

British and Irish garden designers and landscape architects recently visited Rotterdam.

Rotterdam received a group of British and Irish garden designers and landscape architects as part of a mission Gardening & Landscaping organised by the Dutch Embassy in London headed by Henk de Jong and Andrew Fisher Tomlin. They visited several projects in the public space, such as Dakpark and Benthemplein water square.

Erwin Stam (sixth from the left on the photo) selected these projects, with the theme ‘rainproof’.

The group was accompanied by Eveline Bronsdijk and Paul van Roosmalen of the city of Rotterdam.
