SPACIOUS TERRACES OVERLOOKING THE PORTS AND THE RIVER NIEUWE MAAS

Part of the design brief was to create a holiday feeling on terraces surrounding an apartment. So adorned the terraces with lush greenery arranged in tiers to give them an international look.

The planting scheme includes a mix of ornamental grasses, multi-stemmed shrubs and a range of other perennials selected for their leaf structure, scent, colour and height to create interest throughout the year. A greenhouse for vegetables, herbs and plants is framed by a living green wall. The garden furniture was coordinated with the interior of the apartment to create a flow from inside to outside.
